I am an Expert EOS Implementer, author, and speaker who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams get better in three core areas: Vision, Traction, and Healthy. I help teams get on the same page about where they are going and how they plan to get there. I guide them in building focus, discipline, and accountability so the work gets done every day. Most importantly, I help leadership teams become more cohesive, functional, and healthy so they can lead their organizations with clarity and confidence.

My Entrepreneurial Journey

I have always been obsessed with business. While other kids played with action figures, I was in the basement creating imaginary companies and spending my allowance on office supplies.

I finally brought those early dreams to life in 2002 when I founded The Whole Brain Group. I grew it into a full-service inbound marketing agency that served clients around the world. Ten years into the business, I realized we had hit the ceiling and would not scale without changing how we operated. Implementing EOS changed everything. Within two years, I was able to delegate day-to-day operations to my Integrator and accept an incredible opportunity to become the Director of Marketing for EOS Worldwide.

During my four years on the EOS Worldwide Leadership Team, I led a marketing transformation that helped the company grow more than 400 percent. My passion for teaching EOS naturally pulled me toward implementation work. I wanted to help other entrepreneurs break through the ceiling, accelerate growth, improve profitability, and enjoy the journey again.

Today, I spend my time teaching, coaching, and facilitating sessions with clients in my EOS session space in Ann Arbor, Michigan. If you ask my clients, they will tell you I am structured and direct, but also fun, warm, and deeply invested in their success.

Fun Facts about Me

  • I earned a B.A. in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance from Colgate University.

  • I co-founded the first co-ed a cappella group at Colgate, which recently celebrated its thirtieth anniversary.

  • I worked on the equipment staff for the Colgate Football team and can change a broken helmet chin strap in under ten seconds.
